Sustainable and efficient construction site during post-COVID-19



The current situation has shown that construction companies need to accelerate the processes of digitization of the industry so that similar situations will not stop them in the future. What’s important is to accelerate efforts for digital transformation, and changing strategies and plans should become one of the main priorities of companies (especially construction) in the coming months. His profile is completed by a triple degree program in BA from the University of Turin, ESCP Europe and London City University. After a 5 years experience in financial consulting in PwC, Alessandro joined LafargeHolcim. In Poland, he leads Strategy and digitalization spanning 360′ across all the organization.

Marcin Mądry – Marketing Director of Lafarge Poland. He joined the Lafarge group in 2007, where for the next 7 years he worked in the area of Strategy and Development, leading strategic projects in Poland and Central Europe. In 2014-2017 he managed the Commercial Performance department (improving sales results). A graduate of International Relations at the Warsaw School of Economics.
